MOST is the study association for students of Russian Studies in Leiden since 1996, for both the Dutch bachelor students and the English MA Russian and Eurasian studies students. MOST stands for мы объединяем студентов (My Obyedinyaem STudentov); we act as a bridge to connect students of a fascinating region, with an interest in the language, politics, literature, history, economy, or all of those!

Every month we organise many activities with themes related to not only Russia but also other ex-Soviet republics, such as Ukraine and Belarus, and countries in the Caucasus and Central Asia. Our activities variate between interesting seminars on contemporary politics, to 'borrels' and vodka evenings. We also organise a Christmas dinner each year, watch films together, and go on a yearly study trip. And there's so much more!
